SHM are one of the biggest DJs in the world. They were in india for their 2 city #onelasttour concerts. In Mumbai & Delhi. Crazy preps. Never seen a rider like they have. Have had the chance to manage a lot of international artists but this was EPIC. Highly professional management. Lot of learning. So the Bombay concert was to take place on the 17th Dec 2012. We were all set. Last minute checking ensuring everything's good. Ensuring a great experience for SHM and the news of Balasaheb broke out. We had around 14k people gathered at Turf Club already. Mr. Shailendra Singh , gracefully told that huge a audience to leave the venue for their safety. And the super-excited kids left without a word. Thats why Bombay culture , attitude rocks totally. if this would have happened in Delhi, riots would have broken out for sure. We moved to Delhi..all went well. HAd a great time working on it. The first time i ever started working and my boss quit. i cried i cried i cried non stop. i was barely 18 years old then. But it was one of the biggest shocks! How can your boss leave you and go? But over time things change. I get attached to the people i work with. I don't know if its normal or not normal. Last i cried was when my boss who i owe everything to quit after 14 years. A lot of times when people in my team quit, i get upset only because it takes time training them and then they decide to quit. but i am quite okay with that now. part and parcel. I have had multiple bosses while i have been constant in my role. so much learning. so much exposure at all times. I am glad/thankful to my stars that each time it has been a new new learning with every new boss. With time and rate at which my bosses kept changing, i decided to keep my mind open and just focus on learning different style of working, processes, temperaments. Screw everyone! I am not anorexic. Don’t get all the scientific on me and talk of BMI and stuff. For my height I have the perfect body so people say im underweight. I don’t have a typical Indian body. That’s all. I am very fit and healthy. My metabolism rocks. Ever heard of me falling sick or landing in the hospital? I can eat whatever I want! :) I am glad I have a body like that!

It is the small details that makes the man "It is the small details that make the man" That is actually a good saying if I may say so myself, perhaps I just came up with a new famous saying *lol* What I am referring to here aren't looks though but things. I have noticed that Monsieur H gets very happy for small things, things that I wouldn't care less about. Lets say that he likes to eat ghatiya ( gujju snack), he would probably be incredibly happy for just a small thing like that while I wouldn't care at all. And that is the differences between men and women, they care for things we don't and the other way around. And it's the small things that makes the man, because we like our partners for what they like and I was of course happy to see that he got very happy because of ghatiya but I shook my head behind his back smiling. *lol* Sometimes paying attention to the small details can enrich a relationship more than words themselves...
